Loreto Group is an Australian, privately owned business headquartered in the Inner West of Sydney. We specialise in commercial construction, office fitouts, end of lease makegoods, project management and design in Sydney & Melbourne. Our expertise is in the office, warehouse, commercial, education, industrial, medical, and heritage sectors.

We understand the importance of a well trained workforce in upholding a safe workplace. Loreto conducts annual training programs to maintain our highly skilled workforce.

Building Sustainably

Our team recognises the value of eco-friendly construction. Incorporating materials and products that reduce natural resource consumption, have low embodied impact, are non-toxic, and can be easily recycled is helping Loreto Group, to achieve our environmental sustainability goals.

We have experience in incorporating sustainable materials and methods into our projects and in ensuring demolition waste does not end up in land fill (we achieved 90% recycling on our recent 20 project). We aim to remove all recyclable materials such as timber, metal and plastics, prior to the full demolition of site or where a building is undergoing major refurbishment.

We understand and comply with environmental standards and collaborate closely with clients to ensure their projects meet these important specifications.

Modern building techniques now are using manufactured timber, passive ventilation and modular construction.

We recognise the importance of responsible sourcing in ensuring a sustainable future for our planet. We strive to ensure that the goods and services we procure are produced and delivered in an ethical, sustainable, and responsible manner.

Loreto Group has started on drafting and implementing a Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) which will formalise our organisation’s support of the national reconciliation movement and set out how we will build strong relationships, respect and opportunities within Loreto Group and the communities in which we operate.
